支气管哮喘急性发作期患者治疗前后对外周血嗜酸性粒细胞计数的影响及其意义
Effects and significance of peripheral blood eosinophils before and after treatment in patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of montelukast on amounts of eosinophils in peripheral blood before and after treatment in patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma.Methods The analysis of correlations between The amounts of eosinophils in peripheral blood and the level of serum eotaxin was carried out,the amounts of eosinophils in peripheral blood were measured by peroxidase method in 30 patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma (treatment group) and 20 healthy control (control group),the levels of serum Eotaxin were measured by ELISA in two groups of patients.Results The amounts of eosinophils in peripheral blood (0.98 ±:0.20) × 109/L and the levels of serum Eotaxin(322.520 ± 91.376pg/ml) of the patients with bronchial asthma were significantly higher than those of the after treatment and healthy controls before treatment(P＜ 0.05),The number of blood eosinophils (0.25 ±:0.11) × 109/L and the level of serum Eotxin(126.367 ±:48.536)pg/ml were compared with healthy controls and no significant difference found after 3 months of treatment(P＞ 0.05),It was also found that the Eotaxin levels of the acute asthma group were positively correlated to the amounts of eosinophils in peripheral blood (r=0.594,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion It suggest the montelukast can reduce the amounts of eosinophils in peripheral blood in patients with bronchial asthma and can control eosinophils in inflammatory response.关键词
