青海湖地区4种荒漠植物抗逆性指标的研究OA
Study on the Resistance Indexes of Four Kinds of Desert Plants in Qinghai Lake Area
[目的]研究青海湖地区4种荒漠植物的抗逆性.[方法]通过比较中麻黄、狼毒、芨芨草、黄缨菊4种植物的抗逆性指标(可溶性蛋白、MDA、游离Pro含量以及SOD、POD、CAT活性),分析青海湖地区4种植物的抗逆性,并运用Fuzzy隶属函数法对4种植物抗逆性进行综合评价.[结果]青海湖地区低温、干旱逆境下,4种荒漠植物的SOD活性表现为狼毒>黄缨菊>中麻黄>芨芨草;CAT活性表现为狼毒>黄缨菊>芨芨草>中麻黄,相同的高盐度环境下,狼毒的CAT活性比中麻…查看全部>>
[Objective] The research aimed to study the resistance of four kinds of desert plants in Qinhai Lake area.[ Method ] By contrasting the resistance indexes of four kinds of plants which included Ephedra intermedia, Stellera chamaejasme, Achnatherum splendens and Xan-thopappus subacaulis, the resistance of four kinds of plants in Qinghai Lake area was analyzed.
