摘要

Abstract

[Objective] To study the chemical components of volatile oils from leaves of Uvaria microcarpa Champ, ex Benth. [ Method] Volatile oils were extracted from leaves of Uvaria microcarpa Champ, ex Benth by supercritical fluid CO2 extraction (SFE-CO2), and then their chemical components were separated and identified by GC-MS. [ Result] 58 chromatographic peaks were isolated from leaves oWvaria microcarpa Champ, ex Benth, among which 37 compounds were identified occupying 89.70% of the total volatile oils, mainly referred to linoleic acid, palmitic acid, mono (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate, bicyclogermacrene and benzoic acid. [Conclusion] There were obvious differences in chemical components of (volatile oils extracted by SFE-CO2 and steam distillation.
