贵州产天冬水提液对氧自由基的作用
Study on Scavenging Action of Guizhou' s Asparagus Extract on Oxygen Free Radical
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to study the scavenging action of Asparagus extract on oxygen free radical. [ Method ] Auto-oxidation in alkalcsent solution with the help of pyrogallol can generate O2- and the system of 1,10 - phenathroline -Fe( II )/H2O2 can produce ·OH.Speclrophotometry. Was used to observe the effect of Asparagus extract upon O2- and · OH. [Result] High dosage group Asparagus extract could decrease the levels of O2- and inhibit the generation of O2- in vitro; Asparagus extract could reduce the level of · OH by (22.80% ± 0.13% ). [Conclusion] Guizhou's Asparagus extract could scavenge and inhibit O2- markedly and it could scavenge · OH as well.关键词
