摘要

Abstract

[Objective] To investigate cyanobacteria bloom removal effect of the algicidal bacteria and provide the theoretical and technical basis for the algicidal bacteria,the fermentation condition of the algicidal bacteria R2 were optimized. [ Method] Response surface methodology was employed to optimize the fermentation conditions of algicidal bacteria R2 which separated by the lab. A full factorial design was used to investigate the effect of temperature,initial pH,wave speed,inoculum and medium volume on the growth of algicidal bacteria. [ Result] The temperature and initial pH had significant effect on protease production, both of them had positive effect. The optimized fermentation conditions of the algicidal bacteria R2 were temperature 31.8;pH 7.21;shake speed 180 r/min;mediun volume 60% ;inoculum 10%. The maximum increase of OD600 of algicidal bacteria was 2.310 under the optimized conditions after 24 h. Under the optimum conditions for fermentation,the removal rate of Chl-a was 78%. [ Conclusion ] Using respone surface methodology can effectively optimize the fermmtation conditions of the algicidal bacteria. On the optimized fermentation conditions, the growth condition and the lytic effect of the algicidal bacteria can reach a certain level.
