Effect of Major External Factors on the Survival rate of Grafted Plant of Pinus massoniana
[目的]分析影响马尾松嫁接成活的主要外部因素.[方法]采用嫩枝髓心形成层对接法.[结果]天气状况和砧木大小时马尾松嫁接成活率有重要影响.当天气为阴有小雨时,嫁接成活率为64.50％ ～65.06％;当天气晴朗时,嫁接成活率为80.07％ ～82.01％.当砧木直径为1.5 cm以下时,嫁接成活率较低,分别为63.70％和62.50％；当砧木直径为1.5 cm以上时,年度平均嫁接成活率较高,分别为89.09％和94.79％.[结论]嫁接应选择…查看全部>>
[Objective] To study the major extemal factors influencing the survival rate of grafted plants of Pinus massoniana. [Method] The tender branch pith cambium grafting was adopted. [Result] The survive rate of grafting plant of Pinus massoniana was significantly influenced by weather conditions and roolstock diameter, the survival rate was 64.50% -65.06% when cloudy or raining and 80.07% -85.01 % when sunny.
