用于地表水反硝化的淀粉碳源选择研究
Starch Carbon Source Selection for Denitrification in Surface Water
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] Slow-release organic carbon-sources (SOCs) were prepared with polyvinyl alcohol as skeleton and wheat,corn,potato and cassava starch as carbon sources and electron donor,to increase C/N ratio in surface water during denilrification. [ Method] Organic matters release and NO, ~ -N degradation characteristics were investigated with microorganism enriched forms lake water in Jiangnan University in this paper. [Result] Ttie results showed that organic matter release quantity form SOCs was γcassava>γwheat>γcom ≈γpotato in sterile conditions. SOCs with potato and wheat starch showed good organic matter releasing and NO3" -N degradation ability in denitrifying system with denitrogenation rate of 96.59% and 92.53% within 7 d. And the continuous operation system could maintain a high denitrogenation rate of 95% under optimization condition. [Conclusion] Potato starch was selected as the optimized carbon-source for surface water denitrification.关键词
