摘要

Abstract

The great increase of wind power capacity largely impacts the power system frequency regulation. The wind energy utilization coefficient is adjusted by establishing a frequency-power control model in double-fed induction generator(DFIG), which makes wind turbine generator respond to system frequency variation rapidly and participate in system frequency regulation. Taking the IEEE-39 system for example, the system frequency decreases with the generator cutting. The results show that the wind turbine generator can regulate the system frequency in concert with other synchronous generators, and make a certain contribution to system frequency.
