Study on the Flavanoids Extracted from Palm Leaf with Ultrasound-assisted Technology

摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The extraction of the flavanoids was extracted from palm leaf by means of ultrasound-assisted technology was re searched. [ Method ] The extraction technology of the flavanoids from palm leaf was optimized through the orthogonal design method based on the single factor experiment. [ Result ] The results showed that the optimum condition of the flavanoids extracted from palm leaf by means of ul trasound-assisted technology was as follows; the ratio of liquor to material was 1:20; the extraction temperature, 60 ℃; the extraction time, 30 minutes and the percentage of ethanol volume, 80%, under which condition, the yield of flavonoids was 2.478%. [Conclusion] The scientif ic basis of the development and utilization of palm leaf resource in future was provided.
