Abstract
With the start of the effective implementation of policies on expanding domestic demand, rural consumption in China enlarged gradually. The party's seventeenth conference has referred to ecological civilization construction has been becoming one of the most important development strategies. Through analyzing the connotation and characteristics of the ecological consumption patterns and rural ecological civilization, problems in rural consumption in China were discussed, and strategic goals for building a moderately prosperous society in all aspects were pointed out, it was necessary to change pattern of consumption. Moreover, the construction of rural ecological consumption model was the internal demand for the construction of rural ecological civilization. Rural ecological consumption model could provide effective support for the construction of rural ecological civilization. Therefore, it was necessary to popularize the idea of ecological consumption model, to lay the thought foundation for the construction of rural ecological civilization; to rapid develop rural economy to provide material base for rural ecological civilization; perfect relevant policies and regulations, apply law methods to protect the consumption methods to provide system basis and legal protection for sustainable development and ecological consumption as well as green consumption.关键词
