Abstract
[Objective]The research aimed to establish a detection method of moxidectin residues in the animal-derived food. [ Method]The sample purification method and test parameters were firstly optimized. Moxidection was extracted with acetonitrile and purified by dispersive solid-phase extraction( SPE). The content of moxidection in the animal-derived food was detected by LC-MS/MS. [ Result]The optimum mass spectrum conditions were as follows:ion source temperature of 300 ℃,spray needle pressure of 15 Psi,dry air current speed of 6 L/min. Under these conditions, the response value of son ion peak was highest. The detection limit of the method was 0.005 mg/kg,the recovery rate (n =6) was 81.08% - 113.72% in the range of 0.005 -0.02 mg/kg,with RSD of 4.21% -9.69%. [Conclusion]The method had simple steps,strong maneuverability, low dosage of organic solvent,low cost and less impurity disturbance,better precision and lower detection limit. So it was suitable for the rapid detection of moxidection in the animal-derived food.关键词
