化学杀虫剂和莱氏野村菌的生物相容性研究
Study on the Biological Compatibility of Nomuraea rileyi with Chemical Pesticides
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To study the biological compatibility of Nomuraea rileyi with ten chemical pesticides. [ Method] With the 24 h, 48 h and 72 h conidial germination rates as index, the impact of tested pesticides with common concentrations, 10 times and 100 times diluted concentrations on the rate of survived spores of Nomuraea rileyi was studied. [ Result] The germination rates of Nomuraea rileyi spores were all a-bove 85% in Avermectins, Beta cypermethrin, Cyhalothrin and Meothrin solutions with common concentrations, 10 times and 100 times diluted concentrations, which meant that they had good biological compatibility. [ Conclusion] Among the ten tested pesticides, Nomuraea rileyi had better biological compatibility with Avermectins, Beta cypermethrin, Cyhalothrin and Meothrin than with other six kinds of chemical pesticide.关键词
