摘要

Abstract

With many vital biological functions, lipid is considered to be one of the most important biomole-cules in animals. Lipidomics is a novel subject that studies the mechanism of action of lipid metabolic regulation in various vital phenomena. It reveals interactions among lipids and other biomolecules according to a systematic level study on endosomatic lipids. The applications of lipidomics in related subjects are widely reported , such as nutrition and functional genomics. This paper mainly reviews classification and metabolism of lipids, concept, methodology, research status and application advances of lipidomics.
