摘要

Abstract

The pressure distribution of twin-screw multiphase pumps is simulated numerically under different working conditions and geometrical parameters. By comparing the simulation results and the experimental data in literatures which have already been published, the model to simulate the working process is verified under different working conditions. The curvature of pressure distribution curve in the twin-screw pump enlarged as the suction pressure and pressure difference increased. The increase of rotate speed and the decrease of clearance size also made the pressure distribution curve steeper. On low gas volume fraction conditions the curvature of pressure distribution curve increased as the gas volume fraction enhanced, while the conclusion is opposite under high gas volume fraction conditions. At the same screw length, pressure distribution along the axial direction of the rotor became, more and more plainness as the rotor length increased.
