Flexible multi-body dynamics analysis during missile launching based on improved Craig-Bampton method

摘要

Abstract

The rigid-flexible coupling system dynamics method was applied,the key parts and components such as the frame and undercarriage were regarded as the flexible bodies and were merged into the multi-body dynamics model of vehicular missile launching system with improved Craig-Bampton method. The dynamic model of flexible multibody systems was established and simulation was performed during launching. The dynamic characteristics of missile attitude parameter and launching system were obtained , and the results were compared with that of the rigid model. The results show that rigid-flexible multi-body coupling model is very close to actual launch situation of missile. It provides a theoretical foundation for investigating dynamic characteristics and analysing the initial disturbance accurately during the launching process of a vehicular missile.
