Abstract
Quality is the key for evaluation of the engineering projects. The issues of quality control within hydraulic projects become more complex and uncontrollable due to the hydrological and geological conditions. For solving these issues, WBS is involved in determining the quality control points for rolled earth fill dams and there for the quality control was aciereal.关键词
