摘要

Abstract

Automatic meter reading system is an integral part of automation for the electricity sector, and energy meter plays an important part of the terminal equipment in the system. Using electricity metering technologies, embedded control technology, power line carrier communication technology and infrared communication technology, a multi-function energy meter is designed. The energy meter can measure accurately, with a remote meter reading and meter-reading function of the infrared proximity to the structure of the balance between a variety of power line carrier, easy to choose a different approach to realize long-distance carrier communications, and higher development efficiency of energy meter under a different means of communication are achieved.
