摘要

Abstract

This paper studied the intergranular corrosion property of A7N01-T5 Al-alloy and its welding joint.The weight loss, hardness change and morphology of section and surface after corrosion were tested.The result showed that the corrosion rate of welding joint was higher than that of the base,the heat affected zone(HAZ) was corroded severely and the corrosion extended along grain boundary and connected as network.Zn2Mg strengthening phase of HAZ segregated continuously along grain boundary under the affected of heat-input of welding.This zinc-rich phase was anode in corrosion cell for its low potential and this made it dissolve preferentially thus forming active corrosion route along grain boundary,which made further corrosion develop into inner alloy.
