摘要
Abstract
In order to analyze that the brake pipe cracking is caused by welding technology,several group welding testa is carry out by the common electric arc welding,MAG welding and TIC welding.The result shows that all welding can achieve good joints,Welding process is not the reason to cause the cracking of the brake pipe.The brake pipe cracking test anaysis,that is because the crevice corrosion caused by fatigue crack,and brings forward the pulse TIC welding machine,welding end chamfering,TIG remelting or sealant,reduce joints stress concentration,fine chemical technology file,strict traing and construction of preventive measures,in order to reduce and prevent the fracture genertaion.关键词
