Abstract
Supervision problems in rural general election were analyzed, lagging of pre-supervision, irregular of supervision in the act and subsequent supervision become a mere formality were studied, illuminating the supervision didn' t make a due contribution. Effective integration of mass supervision and legal supervision should be adopted. Candidate bulletin, preventive education and legal service work should be carried out before the election; cracking down illegal activity during election, pay attention to mass accusation; strengthening legal education and training after the election.关键词
