摘要

Abstract

Water-resistant film of electrode is prepared by microwave reaction.Microwave absorption material Fe3O4 is used to reduce the diffusible hydrogen of weld bead,and promote the reaction of lauric acid and electrode surface.Electrode is immersed to the light petroleum solution of lauric acid and Fe3O4,then the electrode is put into the microwave oven and become water-resistant.The results of FT-IR and SEM microscope show that Fe3O4 absorb microwave and lead to the reaction of lauric acid and electrode surface.The diffusible hydrogen of the deposited metal of microwave treated electrode decreased to 87% of the untreated electrode, and it does not vary with the staving time within 8 h.
