摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Lianzhifan solution plus Xileisan retention enema for chronic ulcerative proctitis. Methods 72 patients with chronic ulcerative proctitis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group (36 cases each group), the treatment group were treated with Lianzhifan solution plus Xileisan retention enema, in the control group with oral sulfasalazine tablets, gentamicin, metronidazole retention enema. Results Clinical cure rates were 61. 11% and 44. 44% , the total effective rates were 86. 11% and 75% in the treatment group and control group, respectively, and both have statistically significant difference ( P ＜0. 05). The difference in improving the heavy feeling in the anus and mucus blood and pus and other major clinical symptoms, is also significant in two groups ( P ＜ 0. 05). Conclusion Lianzhifan solution plus Xileisan retention enema for chronic ulcerative proctitis significant effect, easily accepted by patients, is worthy of clinical application.关键词
