Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and patient satisfaction of the deroofing technique for peri-anal hidradenities suppurativa (HS) lesions. Methods An open study consisted of 12 HS patients treated by Deroofing technique by follow-up of 13-60 months. Results 2 patients treated lesions recurrenced after a median of 6 months. 10 patients treated lesions did not show a recurrence after a median follow-up 33 moths. Conclusion The deroofing technique is an effective, simple, minimally invasive, and tissue-saving surgical intervention for the treatment of perianal HS lesions.关键词
