摘要

Abstract

[Objective] Extraction technique of Proanthocyanidins from "Heimeiren" potatoes was optimized. In addition, the stability of the Proanthocyanidins was studied. [ Method] With the "Heimeiren" potatoes as raw materials, ethanol as extraction solvent, the impact of material-liquid ratio, ethanol volume fraction, extraction temperature, extraction time were studied. In addition, different pH value, temperature and storage conditions were set up to study the stability of Proanthocyanidins from "Heimeiren" potatoes. [Results] The optimum conditions for extracting Proanthocyandins from "Heimeiren" potatoes were as follows: The material-liquid ratio of 1:9 and extracting with 75% ethanol as extraction solvent, at 60 ℃ for 40 min. The Proanthocyanidins from "Heimeiren" potatoes was very sensitive to pH value, temperature and storage conditions. [Conclusion]Storage conditions of "Heimeiren" potatoes should pay attention to select so as to express the optimum efficacy of Proanthocyanidins from " Heimeiren" potatoes.
