摘要
Abstract
Objective Observation of clinical curative effect of the Modified External Dissection and Internal Ligation Combined Injection, suspension and restitution of anal for Circumferential Mixed Hemor-rhoid, and postoperative complications, plastic effect of it. Methods The 162 cases with Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoid were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group (80 cases) and the control group (78 cases), the former received the improved therapy, and the latter was given the traditional procedure of external dissection and internal ligation. Results At the second postoperative day, The treatment group is better than the control group significantly at the degree of anal pain, swelling, and the smoothness ( P <0. 01). For improvement on the swellings and the smoothness, there was also significant difference between the two groups ( P <0. 05 or P <0. 01) after 3days, 7days and 6 months. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of the Modified External Dissection and Internal Ligation Combined Injection, suspension and restitution of anal for Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoid have satisfactory effect and lower complications, higher smoothness and satisfactory results of the anal plastic effect.关键词
