摘要

Abstract

The transmission error is one of the key factors that influences the accuracy and stability of gear transmission, meanwhile it has directly relationship with some gear errors like pitch errors. While the relationship among transmission error, pitch errors and profile error has been found, a transmission error measuring system and a method to calculate pitch error and profile errors are established using single-flank testing of gears and virtual instruments technique. Through experiment, the accuracy of the algorithm and the effectiveness of the measuring system are proved.
