Determination of Six Trace Elements in Cephalotaxus lanceolate by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to analyze the contents of six trace elements including Cu,Mn,Fe,Zn,Mg and Ca by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy in Cephalotaxus lanceolate. [ Method ]The samples were digested by HNO3 and HCl. The contents were determined by calibration curve method. [Result]There were lots of trace elements in Cephalotaxus lanceolate embrace. [Conclusion]The method was accurate and satisfying.关键词
