一株药用植物根际放线菌的分离鉴定及其生物活性初探
Isolation and Identification of One Rhizosphere Actinomycete Strain and Preliminary Research on Its Activity
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] One actinomycete strain from Chinese herb rhizosphere was identified. [Method] The bioactivity of the strain was analyzed with multiple-item classification method based on their phenotypic,genetic and phylogenetic characteristics. [Result] The fermentation broth of the strain had the activity in the resistance to Staphylococcus aureus and inhibitive activity of interleukin-1β transferase. The morphological, physiological and biochemical .chemotaxonomic and phylogenetic characteristics of the strain complied with these of genus Catenulispora. [Conclusion] The strain-106-01088 belonged to the genus Catenulispora.关键词
