摘要
Abstract
With the development of nanotechnology, research of nanoparticle application in nucleic acid detection has become a hot topic. Among the nucleic acid detection methods, colorimetric detection based on gold nanoparticles ( nanogold ) is more clinically applicable, as it is easily per-formable by optical instruments, even with naked eyes. There are diverse nanogold-based colorimetric detection methods, which are different in sensibility and credibility. According to the modification by gold nanoparticles via oligonucleotide probes the nanogold-based colorimetric methods are classified into two types, modified and non-modified nanogold-based colorimetric detections. The former includes aggregation system by utilizing color change of gold nanoparticles and silver staining system by utilizing redox ability of gold nanoparticles.关键词
