微生态制剂对奶牛产奶量和乳品质与肠道菌群的影响
Effects of Microecological Preparations on the Milk Yield,Milk Quality and Intestinal Flora of Dairy Cow

Abstract
To study the effect of microecological preparations in the fodder on the milk yield, milk quality and intestinal flora of dairy cow, twenty Holstein cows were selected from 200 adults with substantially the same age, birth parity, lactation month, gestation period, milk yield and body weight, and were divided into experimental group and control group for 35d test period. The control group was fed normally, and the experimental group was fed with fine fodder adding \%c complex microecological preparations. Results showed that the average milk yield in the control group was reduced with average 0.36 kg (P > 0.05), but there was an average daily milk increased of 1.07 kg in experimental group, raised by 9.39% (P < 0.01). Compared to the control group, the content of milk protein, lactose and SNF in experimental group were increased(P> 0.05), and the fat content was decreased (P < 0.05); By using PCR-DGGE, the diversity of intestinal flora in experimental group was obviously higher than that of the control group, with similarity index up to 97%. These results demonstrated that microecological preparations can regulate intestinal flora balance of dairy cattle.关键词
