TiO2/CeO2复合薄膜的制备及其电化学发光性质
Preparation and the electrochemiluminescence property of TiO2/CeO2 composite film
摘要
Abstract
Using Ce (NO3)3 · 6H2O and Ti(OC4H9)4 as reactants, the TiO2/CeO2 composite films on the surface of ITO glass were prepared by the sol - gel process. The samples were characterized by SEM, XRD, UV - Vis and FT - IR. The electrochemiluminescence (ECL) of the products was studied by the cyclic voltammetry (CV). The results show that the ECL property of the TiO2/CeO2 composite films has greatly been improved, compared with that of pure TiO2 .关键词
