摘要
Abstract
Land survey aims to make a thorough investigation of land resources and their utilization conditions and provide a basis for scientific planning,rational utilization,effective protection,implementation of most strict cultivated land protection policy,strengthening and improving macro control,and promote sustainable development of economy and society in an overall and coordinated way.Since initiation of second national land survey in July 2007,3S and other advanced technologies have been used to make nation-wide ortho-photo maps of different scales.Considering experiences from base map production during second national land survey,this paper introduced orthomaster,merging together and inlaying methods for spot5 landsat image and raised how to improve the precision of land survey base map and productivity.关键词
