摘要
Abstract
After digestion of effective Mo in soil through oxalic acid-ammonia oxalate solution(Tamm solution),filtering,drying of filtrate by distillation,high-temperature ashing in muffle furnace,and extration by hydrochloric acid,effective Mo in soil is determined by inductance coupling plasma atomic emmission spectrum.The detection limit(3s) is up to 0.012×10-6,precision(RSD,n=12) 2.31%~4.78%.As tested by national primary standard substance of soil availability,the analytical result is satisfactory.关键词
