罗布麻纤维氧化还原体系脱胶预处理工艺
Redox system degumming pretreatment of apocynum
摘要
Abstract
Pretreatment is an important process of degumming.The degumming pretreatment of apocynum was investigated in this paper in order to promote degumming performances and fiber spinnability.During the degumming pretreatment of apocynum fiber,the redox system components with thiourea as reducing agent and hydrogen-peroxide as oxidant were added into degumming solution successively.The impact of the concentration ratio of redox system,the pretreatment time and temperature on the removement of pectin were discussed in the text.The fibers＇ vertical shape and the effects of the redox system pretreatment process on the performance of the apocynum fiber were tested and analysed.The results showed that the redox system pretreatment process is an effective degumming pretreatment process,which could promote the performances of the apocynum fiber,such as degumming produce rate,fiber length,single fiber strength and so on.关键词
