摘要
Abstract
The paper used ICS-2000 ion Chromatography to determine content change of bromate in Chinese cabbage during different states.The results showed that bromate content in Chinese cabbage increased with time increasing,after heated the bromate content concentration in Chinese cabbage decreased largely, and the concentration of BrO3- by the method had a good linear relationship from 0 mg/L to 2 mg/L （r=0.999 9 ）, tile minimum detection value was 0.000 1 mg/L, the recoveries of sample standard addition were in the rage of 98.55%- 101.61%.关键词
