摘要

Abstract

Melamine pollution in animal food has become a big threat to people's health. The advances on residues in animal food and detection methods of melamine,including physical and chemical determination method such as potentiometric titration, sublimation method, picric acid method, high performance liquid chromatography,gas chromatograph/mass spectrometry,and liquid chromatography/mass spcctrometry;Immunoanalysis methods such as enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, gold-immunochromatography assay, etc,were reviewed in detailed.
