Abstract
This article discussed some issues about applying modern information technology to culture and education construction in rural areas of China.It analyzed the research status at home and abroad,and then put forward essential research considerations and some specific countermeasures related to cultural and ideological progress.The purpose was to promote the rural culture and education,rural spirit civilization development.关键词
