摘要
Abstract
The connotation of agricultural science and technology innovation were described,its development situation and urgency in the period of China＇s new five-year plan were analyzed,the problems during the process of agricultural science and technology innovation in Sichuan were discussed.It pointed out that agricultural science and technology innovation covered not only technology innovation but also institution innovation,summarized the suggestion and countermeasures that promoting Sichuan agricultural science and technology innovation,in order to provide some references for its development.关键词
