摘要
Abstract
The article adopted back titration and double-point potentiometric method to determining fatty acid value of wheat.It was only twice based on the pH indicating and its corresponding volume of the standard solution in the acid-base titration.The end-point of titration and fatty acid value of wheat can be calculated by a simple formula.The precision and accuracy of measurement results was discussed.关键词
