玉竹金银花复合饮料的研制
Development on the Compound Beverage of Polygonatum and Lonicera Japonica
摘要
Abstract
This paper researched the formula screening and the processing technology of the compound beverage of Polygonatum and Lonicera Japonica.The results showed that the optimum formula of the compound beverage of Polygonatum and Lonicera Japonica was as follows：extract of Polygonatum and Lonicera Japonica 100 mL/L,sucrose 30 g/L,honey 15 g/L,citric acid 0.5 g/L,water 90.45%（mass fraction）.The compound beverage was produced through the following production processes including extraction,filtration,blending,hot filling and sterilization.关键词
