摘要

Abstract

The effect of different yellowing on chemical component of flue-cured upper tobacco leaf during yellowing stage was studied with South Korea bulk curing barn and three stages curing of flue-cured technology.The results indicated that as the curing process proceeding,under the condition of 90%yellowing and high-speedcolor-fixing,the content of total sugar and reducing sugar were higher,but starch,total nitrogen,protein and nicotine in upper tobacco leaf degraded fully.Under the condition of 90% yellowing and high-speed color-fixing,the content and ratio of chemical composition in the cured upper tobacco leaf were more appropriate.
