克百威和灭多威的高效液相色谱法分离测定

摘要
Abstract
The paper used high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)with UV-Vis detection to separate and determinate of two N-methylcarbamate pesticides containing methomyl and carbofuran.The results showed that two analytes were separated baseline within 4 minutes.Under optimized conditions(a mobile phase of methanol-water was 60∶40,the UV detection wavelength was set 220 nm,flow rate was 1.1 mL/min).A good liner ranges were obtained.The correlation coefficient of carbofuran and methomyl were 0.998 8 and 0.999 8,and the detection limits were 0.010 mg/mL and 0.005 mg/mL,respectively.关键词
