摘要

Abstract

Effects of different concentrations of Cd2+ on growth of Populus 2025 (Populus xeuramericana)and its enrichment were investigated. The results indicated that the growth of Populus 2025(Populus×euramericana)was inhibited significantly at 100-500 μmoL/L Cd2+. Enrichment of Cd2+ increased with concentration of Cd2+ increased and prolonging treatment time passed. Cd2+ was mainly accumulated in roots. Cd2+ contents were significantly higher in young leaves than that in mature leaves. Levels of Cd2+ accumulation of Populus 2025 (Populus xeuramericana)were in the order as follows : barks 〉 stems 〉 woods.
