Abstract
Conventional elements in eight sampling sites were monitored for six times in spring and autumn of 2008. The correlation between chlorophyll-a concentration and physical and chemical environmental factors, nutritional factors were studied by SPSS 18.0, the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of chlorophyll-a were also analyzed. Results showed that there were some differences in the spatial and temporal distribution of chlorophyll-a in Xinghua Bay. Significantly positive correlations were found between chlorophyll-a concentration and water temperature, ammonia nitrogen, and negative correlations of pH value, dissolved oxygen, but there was no correlation with chemical oxygen demand, nitrite nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen,phosphorus. In conclusion,chlorophyll-a concentration was synergistic influenced by multiple factors.关键词
