摘要
Abstract
The seven stages of Chinese rural surplus labor transfer since reform and opening up of China were described. The cause of rural surplus labor force and the restrict factors of labor force transfer and full employment were analyzed. From rural industrial structure,urbanization process, development of tertiary industry, social security system ,land and household registration system ,rural education and training ,foreign labor employment market,etc,some countermeasures were put forward,so as to provide guidance for Chinese surplus rural labor transfer and full employment.关键词
