Abstract
In accordance with the requirements of implementation of the ＂scientific concept of development＇, comprehensive construction of a well-off society and building an energy-efficient and environment-friendly society in general,the protection system of cultivated land was implemented strictly in China.On the basis of the revision of land use planning in Dingcheng District of Changde City （2006--2020） ,the existing problems of the rural residential areas＇ construction,use,planning,etc ,were proposed,the countermeasures of increasing cultivation from rural residential land consolidation were put forward.关键词
