马尾松接种松材线虫及松褐天牛蛀食性试验研究
Study on Inoculation of the Bursaphdenchus xylophilus and Eats Experiment of Monochamus alternatus Hope of P/nus massonlana Lamb
摘要
Abstract
Through artificial inoculation of Bttrstrphelenchus xylophilus on the disease-free and the eats experiments of Monochamus dternmus Hope on disease-free and felled timber of Pinus massonimm Lamb, the results showed that the infection rate of the trunk wood nematode inoculation was 20% ,and the mortality rate was 10% ,the infection rate of thebranchs nematode inoculation was 10% ,and no deaths. In addition,by the felled wood of the eats experiments of Monochamus dternatus Hope,it found that the average number of larvae each female ones breeded was 12.3,and the subcutaneous tissue damaged by feeding was on the average rate of 25.6%.关键词
