摘要
Abstract
In order to understand the status about pesticide residents of vegetables saled in Anyang City,the paper detected the organic phosphorus pesticide residue in the most common vegetables in Anyang City.Four supermarket and four farmers markets were chosen from the four regions in Anyang City from March to April in 2011.In each supermarket and farmers market,seven kinds of vegetables were extracted as samples. 252 samples were co｜lected for experiment.And then,the pesticide rapid detection was adopted to detect the organnic phosphorus pesticide residue in the samples.The results showed that the exceeding rate of pesticide residues in the vegetables was 6.35% in 2011.After years of comprehensive treatment to vegetables market,it had got a effective control of pesticide residues in the vegetables.The minor differences on the exceeding rate of vegetables pesticide residue could he found between farmers markets and supermarket.Overall,the exceeding rate of vegetables pesticide residue had been controlled to below 10%.关键词
