Abstract
The research studied for establishing the environmental safety assessment technologies of bivalent Bt genes (CrylAc+Cry2Ab) transferred cotton in China. The result showed that :the plant height competitive advantage of transgenic cotton harboring double gcnes(CrylA c+Cry2A b ) increased 3.3,8-4.75 cm in whole growth stages compared to the non- transgenie cotton significantly.The coverage competitive advantage was 46.77 pencentage points more than control significantly.The yield competitive advantage of seed cotton was 1 013.85 kg/hm2 more than control and the lint yield was 433.20 kg/hmz more than control ,but not significantly.The germination rate competitive advantage was 2.75 percentage points more than control, but the difference was not significant. The survival competitive ability of transgenic cotton harboring CrylAc +Cry2A b double Bt genes was higher than the non-transgenic cotton significantly.关键词
