Analysis on Nutritional Compositions of Pleurotus ostreatus Cultivated in Medium Contained Silkworm Excrement and Mulberry Twig
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to analyze the nutritional compositions of P. Ostreatus cultivated in medium contained silkworm excrement and mulberry twig, study the effects of different media on nutritional compositions of edible fungi, discuss the best medium formula. [ Method] 11 kinds of media contained different proportions of silkworm excrement and mulberry twig were used to cultivate P. Ostreatus, and determined its water content, total dry weight, ash content, total sugar content, fat content and protein content. [Result] Silkworm excrement and mulberry twig could significantly improve total sugar and protein content of P. Ostreatus, and the effects showed by the other indices were similar to that of corncob, cottonseed and wheat bran. [ Conclusion] The study provides a reference for efficiency development and utilization of seri-cultural resources, provides a scientific basis for raising income of silkworm raiser.关键词
